Welcome guys! This website is really my personal journal where I hold myself accountable for my fitness journey by sharing with you my ups and downs through different posts on the blog.
I dedicate it to the young woman struggling on a day to day basis to find herself and be healthy.
I know life can be very challenging when you have to juggle work, school, family, relationships, friends, children; just life in general. When you have to deal with everything life throws at you, it is hard to manage it all and still find time to keep up with yourself i.e. workout, eat properly and stay healthy.
My journey of becoming a better version of myself as challenging as it gets, is a lot of fun.
By no means do I consider myself a fitness expert, but I do educate myself by reading books, articles and asking questions and I practice what I learn as much as possible. I am the byproduct of trials and errors.
The content of this website comes directly from my experiences, unless otherwise specified. You will probably see a lot about my running journey since I truly enjoy it. I also share other aspects of my life with you as well such as fun activities I partake in specially when I go on vacation.
At the end of the day, my goal is to inspire you my readers into leading a healthy lifestyle. If I can inspire and change at least one life, I’ve fulfilled my purpose.
