I feel like I can go back to working out again. I can actually turn my head in different directions without excruciating pain. It felt so weird to have been without any kind of exercise for a good month:
no running, no gym. I wonder what does one do without exercise??? The only thing that kept me going and I was able to push myself to do was yoga twice a week. I guess that counts for something right?
I actually think those yoga sessions played a huge part in my recovery
Nothing worse than living with pain day in, day out (I’m sure many of you can relate). But I’m glad and I’m almost confident to say that it is all behind me.
Crossing my fingers and praying that I can get back to my regular routine and put this month behind me.
I have a new training plan that I intend on starting next week. I will be working on conquering the 10k distance and will keep you guys posted 🙂 For now, I will be taking care of moving and traveling.
